Service Description

We have all seen people promoted into leadership roles based on their technical merit. The assumption is often that these people have a natural ability to lead others. Leading and managing people requires a unique set of skills and behaviours that are usually distinctly different to those of a functional role. This consultation will help us formulate an approach that supports those new to management and leadership, or who those who have been in the role for some time and require more development in this area.
