Sometimes it’s obvious when a team is dysfunctional. However the real enemies of great teams, as Jim Collins has pointed out, is often good teamwork. Whatever stage of team development you are at we aim to help you move towards being a great team. This 90 minute initial session will give you the opportunity to identify what your team needs in order to be great. We can then design a solution around that need.
